Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

However if you choose to return for any other reason other than our error the following return policy will apply.

1. 30-Day Return Window We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned merchandise.

5. Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund within [number of days] days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

6. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
